Summer in Ladakh

Ladakh – literally, “the land of high passes” – is an amazing land of contrasts. The peaceful buddhists to the harsh landscape, the contrasting colors of blue skies, white snows, brown sands and green valleys. Smitha and I spent a rather short time exploring some of the areas on a motorbike. The riding part was an adventure in itself, but made the experience a lot more memorable and the landscape a bit dearer.
